Diagnose how your product team practises product - the capability inside the team, the system around it, and where to focus first.

The Product Team Profile is a team maturity assessment. Each member privately completes the IPP Product Profile plus a short team-practice layer and team scenarios; the manager receives one aggregate report showing the team's operating system, a capability heatmap, the gap between capability and the operating environment, alignment gaps and a 90-day practice plan. Individual responses stay private and reporting is aggregated.
